Jasser Aguila graduated from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design. After his studies, he went under an apprenticeship and worked under the world-renowned furniture designer, Kenneth Cobonpue in the island of Cebu.
During his time in Cebu, he gained expertise working on international projects and with international designers to develop and produce a range of products, including home décor and sculptures.
The world’s unrestricted, and constantly-evolving nature serves as an inspiration to Jasser Aguila. Using his experience, he hopes to abstractly represent the notions of objects that are influenced by different stories, real people and everyday scenarios.
